🦺 On the first Monday of every month, our entire team from all branches come together at our main facility in Troy, MO for our company‑wide Safety Meeting. 🚧

These meetings are an important part of who we are. We don’t just cover essential jobsite safety topics — we also focus on ways to improve efficiency, strengthen communication, and continue delivering the high‑quality service our customers count on. ⚠️

👀 Now You See It, Now You Don’t 👀

💧 This project at St. Albans included the removal of a large hydropneumatic pressure tank that had failed inspection and was no longer suitable for service. In its place, we installed a new pressure‑sustaining booster pump to maintain consistent system pressure. Once the job was completed, you couldn’t even tell we had been there — exactly how it should be. 💧

Additional upgrades to the system included a new VFD and PLC, giving operators seamless, reliable control over their system and greatly improving overall system reliability.

🌱 Spring has sprung, and we wrapped this one up just in time for the season.

We just completed a fun project for Country Lake Golf Club in Warrenton, Mo. Their aging irrigation pumps were no longer performing or keeping up with their irrigation needs, so we teamed up with Watertronics to deliver a 1,000 gallons per minute @ 120 PSI high‑service irrigation pump station.

This station is powered by variable frequency drives, allowing the system to maintain constant pressure throughout the entire irrigation network — a reliable upgrade built to handle peak seasonal demand

‼️ HARD FREEZE WARNING ‼️
❄️💧Flynn Drilling Company

With a hard freeze and the potential for snow moving into our area, please review these important tips to protect your water well:

🔹 Prepare ahead of time
Do not wait until the last minute to prepare. Once temperatures drop below freezing, damage can happen fast.

🔹 Leave faucets running
Leave at least one faucet dripping at a steady stream. This keeps water moving and helps prevent frozen or busted lines.

🔹 Insulate exposed water lines
Any water lines exposed to the elements — including those inside your well house — should be insulated.

🔹 Heaters & Heat lamps & Heat Tape

⚠️ Keep heaters a couple feet away from pipes and any flammable materials. Make Sure your Heat Tape Is on and working

🔹 Livestock owners
Have a backup plan to haul water if you are not running water continuously. Freezing weather can leave animals without water if hoses are forgotten.

🔹 Buried pressure tanks
Customers with buried pressure tanks and switches located in the casing should fully insulate the entire wellhead.
