Well, it's time to make the post we never wanted to have to make.
This past fall, we began looking for a new location, as our lease was up at the end of February. We found a property in Troy that we were very interested in. We talked with the owner and thought it was a great fit and deal. Long story short, we never were able to get back in touch again, as letters, calls and messages were unanswered. That left us scrambling to find another location that would work for our business. Unfortunately, we have been unable to find one.
So, it is with broken hearts that we have to say that we will not be opening in the near future in Troy.
For the last almost decade of our lives, we put our literal blood, sweat and tears(many) into our business. Growing every year, becoming friends with you all, our AMAZING customers. We have laughed with you, cried with some of you, accepted and given hugs when the emotions of life were too much. We can not tell you how lucky that makes us.
We were lucky enough to have some of the most amazing employees along the way that have become a part of our family as well and will miss them more than we can express.
From the bottom of our hearts, we genuinely want to thank each and every one of you for supporting our small business and our family. Our children graduated from Triad and we will forever be Triad Strong. We love this community and the people and pray to God that one day we get to return.
You have meant the world to us. We hope to see you soon, as a new Patch!
