After a lot of thought, prayer, and reflection, l've made the incredibly difficult decision to begin wrapping up Amber's Beef Boutique.
This wasn't an easy decision. What began as a wild dream to provide locally raised, high-quality Hereford beef grew into something so much more because of each and every one of you🩷
Your support, encouragement, and loyalty allowed me to share a piece of our ranch and our life with families across New Mexico and beyond. As hard as it is to close this chapter, I know it's the right time. I want to dedicate more of my time and energy to this next season of life, focusing on my animals, my family and all the opportunities that lie ahead. While Amber's Beef Boutique is coming to an end, my passion of ranching and animal welfare certainly is not. I'm incredibly proud of everything this little business became and the relationships/friendships it brought into my life. Thank you for supporting local agriculture, believing in my vision, and allowing me to do something I truly loved these last few years!

🌼My freezers will remain STOCKED all summer long as I have bulk orders that need to be filled. If you are looking to order beef sourced from our herd one last time please message me.
