🌾✨We are so excited to announce 2lb Einkorn!✨🌾
Einkorn is an incredible grain, and an ancient one- referred to as nature's first wheat, Einkorn was used by humans thousands of years ago. Unlike modern wheat that has been hybridized, this high protein grain has stayed true to its primitive form. With high antioxidants and less than half of the chromosomes modern wheat grains have, this flour is not only flavorful but healthier too!
Like all of our products we use organic locally grown grain and stone grind it straight into the bag. No bleach, no additives, just pure flour. This is a whole flour product, meaning instead of sifting out big flakes of bran, we allow it to be ground a second time and left in the final product. You’ll see the little golden specs of nutrient rich bran in the flour, and you'll taste the sweet and nutty flavor it brings!
