It was snowing all weekend and looking at the snow covered trees today instantly reminded me of this all-white wintery cake 🤍❄️

So I’ve recently taught myself how to make pavlovas and they are SOOO much fun. 🤍🦢🤍

I first made a wreath for Christmas and this swan was the 2nd design I tried. It was a fun challenge and I’m excited to keep refining this style.

The main ingredient is egg whites so it counts as a protein, right?
