Gotham Pizza Co. operates Friday–Sunday, schedule permitting, alongside our full-time jobs. We’re a fresh startup, and keeping quality as our top priority means limited selections and limited quantities—done right, every time.
All pizzas are 12” hand-stretched New York–style pies made with long-fermented dough, house-made sauce, and quality ingredients.
