So we did a thing…

I have been talking about it for, seems like, forever. It started before the end of the year. Sean Hoffman and I were discussing what 2026 looks like for Arizona Ice & Water.

What moves are we making with the team? What are we going to focus on? What changes need to be made?

The website we had was built in 2022. Where we were as a business in 2022 vs 2026 are literally night and day. We were a small shop. First physical location that wasn’t a shared office.

We took some big steps. Sean secured a great space. I came into the picture. We hit the ground running.

For those of you who don’t know, I am pretty good at this sales thing. Business amplified…quickly.

Slowly, we added a team member here and there. We added another suite to our office…and then another suite.

Sean got an assistant. Now she has an assistant.

Territory expanded…and expanded.

We now service from Vegas to Nogales, Yuma to El Paso.

We have a full team in Phoenix. We have service in Northern Arizona.

We slowly took on more and more complex customers, complex ice machine installations and complex water purification solutions.

We do so much more than most anyone knows. Our website needed to reflect that.

I took on the project. Reached out to Tom Lickliter at Anchor Wave Digital Marketing Agency. I know those guys pretty well. Tom and I go back several years.

Over the last couple of years, I kept meeting members of their team. Jill King and John Decker I met at a Better Business Bureau of Southern Arizona event. I met Lilly Darling at an Arizona Sands Club event.

They have attended Holistic Sales Training workshops. Lilly and I have held workshops together.

Who else would we trust with this???

Yesterday, the hard work paid off. We went live with the new aziceandwater.com website.

It looks amazing! It tells a different story than our previous site. Our last site got us where we are, the new site is taking us where we are going.

Just a few of the ice machines and water coolers that our team has installed this week. It's almost summertime, and clean, cold water and ice are in high demand! We use reverse osmosis purified water in virtually all of our units to ensure not only the best quality water and ice, but also to protect the machines from scaling due to the high concentrations of minerals in our local water supply.

We're proud to share that Arizona Ice & Water was recently recognized as a President’s Club dealer, placing us among the top 10 Wellsys dealers in the nation. This is a remarkable achievement for our phenomenal team that sprouted from our little ol' town of Tucson!

This recognition attests to the value of hard work and the importance of celebrating the collective efforts of our teams throughout Arizona and in neighboring states. What makes this award even more significant is that it primarily reflects our traditional water and ice point-of-use systems; if we factored in our extensive volume of commercial ice machines and other water purification solutions, the recognition of our impact would be even greater.

Our success is built on simple but essential principles: keeping our word, providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively, and always doing the right thing. While these standards can be difficult for many to maintain, our commitment to them sets us apart.

Beyond the award, attending the event offered a great opportunity to connect with industry peers and gain insights into upcoming product developments.

With the right intentions, effort, and persistence, we will continue to achieve amazing things together.
