Brewed up some of our Burundi today after a little over a month post roast. Really good. Official tasting notes include dried apple, green grape and brown sugar. Gave some to our oldest and she says it tastes like apple cider in the fall. There you go. I can’t disagree.

Just made 4 cups of coffee. Playing around with the Hario USA V60, AeroPress Coffee Maker and Kalita USA Wave and two of our coffees. Man, what a difference a brewer can make! One cup got tossed. Haha. Experiment. Have fun. Make what tastes good to you! Check out this almost red color of this Costa Rica. So good.

We’re back from our trip to the Midwest! These wings from a cool little bbq spot in Cincinnati were delicious. A few orders have been boxed up and ready to head to ups and more will be packaged up tomorrow to go out also. We apologize for the slight delay in getting orders out, and appreciate your support and patience!

This one deserves a full post. When we’re back in Cincinnati, Zip’s Cafe Zip's Cafe is a must. At least a couple times. Just gonna say it, best cheeseburger in the world. Maybe the universe. Freakin love this place. It was cool to be there on their 100th anniversary. Been a great run, best wishes for the next 100! We went to Avril Bleh for some zip blend to take home too!

We roasted the last of the Java a couple days ago. We have a very limited amount left, maybe a few bags worth. If you want one, order it quick! Have will be gone soon. Then the Evolution is on to a cool new coffee from Burundi. Can’t wait to get into this one.
