Happy to announce beef boxes are now back open for Pre-order for October deliveries!

We’ve had a ton of inquiries on when these will be available again, and since we’re only processing 1 for boxes this month these boxes will go extremely fast! If you know you want beef in October, I recommend ordering as soon as possible as we won’t be restocking again until early December.

We are officially 100% sold out of ALL boxes except our 10lb surprise box until we get another steer processed in October 😳

We are also officially COMPLETELY booked for our March 2027 share date - All deposits moving forward from today will be allocated to our JULY 2027 share date!

Thank you to each and every person that continues to support us everyday. We couldn’t do what we do without every one of you, and though it’s not always the easiest job it is SO worth it to know we are providing clean quality beef for our local communities.

Thank you ❤️

Little update featuring the July twins Nikki and Brie below! First person to guess correctly who they’re named after gets $10 off a future beef box!

We’re an entirely family run ranch, and that means teaching our son the joy of taking care of the herd on a Sunday morning. Even though there’s thousands of Mesquite beans on the ground, these girls will always gladly take one as a treat from a tiny hand with a little head scratch.

If you ever wondered, yes, we LOVE our cows. ❤️

Ever wondered what makes up a T-bone or Porterhouse? It’s a NY strip and a filet with the bone still in! T-bone has a smaller filet and a porterhouse will have a larger filet.

Speaking of filets… for August/September we will be giving 1 FREEEEEEE filet, yes free filet mignon, with EVERY box purchase! This is one of our best deals yet, and it’s only available for our September deliveries 🙌

All boxes are restocked now, ready for order!

As always free delivery to your door🚚
