We’re an entirely family run ranch, and that means teaching our son the joy of taking care of the herd on a Sunday morning. Even though there’s thousands of Mesquite beans on the ground, these girls will always gladly take one as a treat from a tiny hand with a little head scratch.

Ever wondered what makes up a T-bone or Porterhouse? It’s a NY strip and a filet with the bone still in! T-bone has a smaller filet and a porterhouse will have a larger filet.

Over 4 inches of rain over the last 2 weeks and it’s starting to look green!

We always say that the Nogales area turns into a micro version of Hawaii when the monsoon fully comes in, and we can’t wait for it!
