About Cal's Bakeshop:

Cal's Bakeshop is an at home bakery that opened for business on May of 2021. The talented individual behind all of the delicious creations brought to you is a young man by the name of Caleb. Caleb went to culinary school and after graduating, he worked as a baker at 2 different bakeries in the San Francisco, California . Within his time at both of these jobs he gained more experience around what it truly takes to make a great pastry. Unfortunately, his time with his recent bakery came to an end due to the pandemic. Shortly after, Caleb moved back home to Tucson, Arizona and saw it as an opportunity to start his own business. This was how Cal's Bakeshop came to be. Although it is an at home bakery, Caleb hopes to expand in the future.

We’re excited as this’ll be our fifth year celebrating the event but our first as a brick and mortar 🙌🏽

We are introducing three brioche donut flavors that will be limited to that day only (06/05/26)
* 🍌Banana Pecan 🥜
* 🍓🫐 Berry Matcha 🍵

‼️We will only be giving away one brioche donut with each drink purchase‼️

In the past we have teamed up with local coffee shops to celebrate donut day but this time we have our own shop and will be hosting it here!
We’ll be doing extended hours (7am - 5pm) instead of a separate morning and evening shift.

We don’t know how this day will look as it is our first time doing so here. But we highly recommend everyone to stop in as early as possible because we do tend to sell out early especially when we have events like this.
We appreciate your patience and understanding ☺️
To be very real with y’all, yes we will be losing money doing this but I still want to continue this tradition because this bakeshop would not be here without all the love and support YOU, the Tucson community, has shown and given me. I’m Forever Grateful!

This yummy donut combines two unique flavors into one, pink guava representing Miss Piggy and green kiwi representing Kermit! The donut is then covered in a vanilla bean glaze.

The Electric Mayhem Refresher
Inspired by Animal and his rocking muppet band, this refresher contains Orange, Mango, Hibiscus Tea, Topo Chico and a bit of Lotus Energy that will let you Rock On for the rest of the day ⚡️

We teamed up with again to bring y’all mommas some flowers with your coffee and donuts!

This upcoming Sunday May 10th, with the purchase of a drink or pastry, you can get a gorgeous mini bouquet crafted by the lovely people over at thistle!

We only have a limited amount so It’ll be first come first serve and limited to one per mother. Also Sorry everyone these are for the mommas only!

Oreo Ube Co**ha
A pillowy purple co**ha topped with a white sugar crust and Oreos then Filled with an Ube cheesecake cream. (This was originally a collab wUbe Bae Desserts LLC 💜erts before they left Tucson, Brittany was kind enough to give us her filling recipe so we can continue this co**ha y’all love so much)

Ube Latte
An ube oat-milk mixture poured over ice then topped off with our signature Salvadoran espresso roast.
(Originally a recipe, after they closed their doors we reached out to the wonderful Suzi & Becca to purchase it and continue their legacy through this amazing drink)

Dulce de Ube
A collab with the wonderful !
A sugar rolled donut filled with Kei’s ube filling and then we also pipe in a bit of our homemade vegan Dulce de leche.

During the weeks of May 6th & 20th, we’ll be carrying a few of cookies including these ube ones.
