Cactus Jack Lemonade hit year six, Cactus Jack Pickle Veggies hit year three, and somehow all of that turned into opening two local maker shops with The Proper Collective… while still making pickles and lemonade.
What started as selling jars and cups turned into building spaces for local artists and small businesses to do their thing. It’s been nonstop, a little chaotic, a lot of learning as we go, but totally worth it.
Thanks to everyone who’s supported the food, the shops, and the idea that shopping local actually matters.
Can’t wait to see what 2026 brings. If this year was any sign, we’re just getting started.
