lf stable for a long time because of extra preservatives/additives. Since each bag contains 8oz's of cookies (It's a lot of cookies! Especially for one or two dogs!), I would recommend freezing half of your treats and keeping the other half, or less, in the refrigerator. They can last in the freezer for up to 8 months and in the fridge for a month or two. All of the cookies are handmade with human grade ingredients because of this, you will sometimes see flour residue on the outside of the cookie or oats that are white under the surface. )

I let it slip my mind to notify everyone on my page and my website that I was going to be out of town from the beginning of Sept till the 24th. I am out of town taking care of my mom that had to have an emergency hip replacement due to necrosis of her hip bones. I've been the sole caregiver during her surgery and aftercare so I've been completely scatter brained and not myself. So I apologize for not updating my page on this matter. Just 5 more days until I'm back on my feet and back home. I will update this page again once I am back home. I haven't had internet until yesterday but I have it now and until I get back home. HAPPY GOTCHA DAY to my little man! Mr. Decker was rescued by All Texas Dachshund rescue and adopted by us on March 14, 2009! And in a week it will be Caster's Gotcha Day, and he has been with us for a year! Tonight we will celebrate both boys. Making a cake right now. Will post pictures here and on my website. I will post the recipe and step by step instructions on my website late tonight or early tomorrow morning!
