Wednesday was one of those moments I will carry in my heart forever. ✨

I feel deeply privileged and blessed by God to have completed and graduated from the Sazón Empresarial program with the City of Tucson. This achievement reminds me that God continues opening doors, shaping our path, and teaching us not to give up, even while our food trailer is currently on pause. ❤️

Every class, every effort, and every step was worth it. Being able to present our product in front of leaders in our community, including Mayor Regina Romero and representatives from the Mexican Consulate, was something I never imagined experiencing.

And the most beautiful part was sharing this moment with my husband and my son, who are my strength, my support, and part of every dream we build as a family. 🫶✨

Thank You, God, for allowing us to keep growing, learning, and believing that the best is yet to come.

Today was a very special day for our family and for Tacos y Antojitos Sol.

First of all, thanks to God for allowing us to come this far and continue opening doors in this family dream. 🙏❤️

Today we officially presented our Birria Sol during the product showcase and received our recognition as graduates of the Sazón Empresarial program.

It was an honor to share this moment with representatives from the Mexican Consulate, Tucson Mayor Regina Romero, the Tucson Small Business Center, and our instructors, who guided us throughout this learning journey.

We learned so much in every class, especially about ServSafe Manager certification and creating our nutrition label following all health and safety guidelines.

Special thanks to my husband and son for always supporting me and standing by my side in this family dream.

And thank you to everyone who believes in us and our sazón. This recognition is not the end… it’s the beginning of something even greater. 🙏✨

We are incredibly honored that Tacos y Antojitos Sol⁠, was recognized during National Small Business Week and National Economic Development Week alongside inspiring local businesses and community leaders, including Regina Romero.

Every taco served, every long night, and every customer who chooses to support us has been part of this journey.
