DESERT HOPS DESERT HOPS has been growing hops since early March 2009, we brewed our first beer on March 28, 2009.

Desert Hops Brewery & Gardens is a home brewery, small hop farm that specializes in IPAs & strong ales ( with attempts at other ales, especially anything with large amounts of hops).

Bottled a very cloudy Berry Hopicidal this morning, a little extra Hop pieces slowing down the bottling at the end so I was forced to drink the bottom of the bottling bucket. Very delicious, but I don’t get a lot of the BlackBerry flavor.

Picked a few hops, picture doesn’t do justice, the fingers are sticky yellow with lupulin glands. So much oils in the hops it’s a pain to get the fingers unsticky.

Berry Hopicidal is berry, berry cloudy. Just racked it onto some hops & was hoping to bottle next weekend, but it might not clear up enough by then.
