I.O. Extracts provided a lovely rosin to serve with our fourth course, the Insane Pound Cake was an amazing choice to pair! The sweet yet earthy terpenes of the rosin were a match meant to be with the lamb. This allowed the other flavors on the plate to speak volumes for themselves, while also remaining rooted in the flavors of the core pairing.

Third course we continued to highlight rosin. This dish we paired with their Jampack Rosin, which was definitely the right call! The flavors of this rosin brought a perfect balance overall, this allowed the Duck, Onion, & Juniper to really stand out as the highlight flavors.
