Fair assumption. But running a small food brand is a lot more than what you see at the market table or in your pantry. Behind every pouch there's sourcing, strategy, packaging decisions, marketing, farmers market logistics, shipping operations, and yes â somewhere in there, the actual baking.
This week, we carved out time to invest in ourselves at â Tucson's creativity and entrepreneurship festival. Sessions, real conversations with fellow founders, and a little sharpening the saw. It's the work that makes everything else better.
Some of you may even remember when we won our very first pitch competition at this exact event. We can't wait to learn from Jason Feifer, Editor-in-Chief of Entrepreneur Magazine and watch this year's pitch finals on the main stage tonight. How inspiring.
