RECIPE
1 box InnovAsian Crispy Honey Chicken
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
1 pinch salt
1 cucumber, diced
1 cup edamame
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 tsp seasoned seeds (sesame or a seed mix)
1 tbsp fresh parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare InnovAsian Crispy Honey Chicken according to package directions, reserving half the sauce for later. Rinse quinoa then cook with 2 cups water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes until fluffy. Fluff quinoa and add to a bowl as your base. Top with diced cucumber, edamame and shredded cabbage. Add the chicken on top. Drizzle with remaining sauce. Finish with seasoned seeds and fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy.
