Due to the landlord’s decision not to renew our lease, we regret to inform you that PHO 99 NOODLE HOUSE will be permanently closing on July 25, 2025.
It has been a difficult decision to say goodbye to the place that has been home to us for the past five years. We are deeply grateful for all the support you have given us during this time. Your loyalty, smiles, and warmth have made every moment here truly special.
We are excited to announce that we will be moving to a new location! Our new address is:
