Good morning all!!!! Hey a heads up, we will NOT be able to take any deer after 6 this evening. We are upgrading our computer check in system, this will hopefully speed up our check in system (though i am yet sure about me (lol). Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have now completed our testing and would like to get it going to work out any bugs before it gets really busy. Thanks all and have a blessed day. Dave

Hey guys, a bit of information and a change from previous years on AFTER HOURS drop off. Now this does NOT include r***e season, but all other times. After hours drop offs are available until 10 p.m. Meaning you must be here by 10 for after hours drop off. This change is due to the fact that I now live 40 minutes away, I AM GETTING OLD...(LOL), and I need to sleep as well. Hope you guys understand!!!!! Dave

UPDATE : Deposits for this year. Deposits will be made this year for drop off due to mostly late pick ups but also non pick ups.

1. Deposit of 50.00 per deer / hog upon drop off. (this does not include skinning or after hour charges).
2. Deposit of 150.00 for Elk / Larger animals like Stagg, etc...
3. Deposits may be larger at our discression for larger orders.
4. Deposits and extra charges for skinning are CASH. We will have an ATM on site.
5. Deposits may be edited for smaller order estimates as well.

Sorry to all my great customers for having to do this, but I hope this helps in people picking up within the 2 week window we give after notification which will help us get orders out faster, especially later in year.

***ALL CUSTOMERS MUST CONFIRM GOOD CELL AND EMAIL ADDRESS.
***STORAGE FEES WILL APPLY AFTER 2 WEEKS OF INITIAL NOTIFICATION / NO EXCEPTIONS.

Well, September is upon us, and it is still HOT!!!!! Remember the 14th is the day you can start cleaning out freezers to make room for the new. As I stated in the previous post there will be some changes this year as to having to take deposits to hopefully ensure pick up withing the 2 weeks we allow after you are notified via text and email. After 2 weeks, there will be the storage fees. Storage fees will be assessed after 2 weeks, NO EXCEPTIONS will be made this year. After 30 days we have the option to notify Game Warden for abandonment, and let them deal with it from there. After 45 days, your order will be disposed of with no refunds, and if larger order, we may pursue a legal course to recover our loss if abandoned. I know most of you on here already sympathize and understand. I will make a separate post detailing deposits, and any other changes shortly. Dave

Hello friends!!!!! Season is quickly approaching and wanted to touch base. We will begin taking wild game again on Sept. 14th, no sooner, so if you want to clear your freezer you can get it in then. A few little adjustments will be made this year to hopefully ensure product is picked up within the 2 weeks we allow for pick up, we hope this will help in the turnaround time later in season. PLEASE UNDERSTAND, us holding product longer than the allotted time DRASTICALLY slows down our ability to fill and get orders produced and out. We will most likely require deposits this year, though we have not decided the amount of the deposit as of yet. Further updates will be made soon as to any changes regarding that and anything else soon. Looking forward to another year to seeing everyone!!!!!!
