Bottled up a small batch from last years garden. I didn’t give it a heavy metal song title for this batch, because I can’t repeat it. I didn’t write it down. It’s got Orange, Red, and Chocolate Habaneros, Cayenne, Chili Pequin, Aji Lemon Drop, and a couple Ghost peppers. I fermented them for about 3.5 months with garlic. Blended them up with some of the brine, red wine vinegar, and rice vinegar. Then added Lime. I got 5 bottles left for $10 each.
