How are y'all doing today? ALPHA PAC! I just want to talk to y'all about ALPHA GRILL BBQ WITH A TWIST, because, let's be real, who doesn't love BBQ? First and foremost, thank each and every one of you for all the genuine love and support. You have no idea how much y'all mean to us, like, seriously, we're not crying, you're crying! I say this a lot, but there's no us without you, it's like peanut butter and jelly, we're a team! When my beautiful, amazing wife bought me a smoker for Father's Day in 2015, she had no idea she was unleashing a BBQ beast! She's right, so I had to say that🤣, but let Tae tell it, I tricked her😂! Frank Willis had no clue this would be our journey, but God did, and ChefALPHA was born! I never wanted to copy someone else's style or meme what they're doing, because, let's face it, that's just boring. This is our twist! ALPHA GRILL VS EEERRBODY! ChefALPHA competes with himself every day to be better and do better than what he did today, because, why not? We're not the best, but we're the best at what we do, and what we do is make traditional and non-traditional BBQ, so, yeah! ChefALPHA got in the kitchen and let God guide him every step of the way, and, man, did He guide him! ChefALPHA created a 13-ingredient herb and spice blend, then went on to create 5 different BBQ flavor sauces, injection blend for the meats, smoked cajun mac & cheese, life-changing BBQ baked beans, slap-your-mama potato salad, you-gotta-try-this coleslaw, soul-searching okra, what-did-you-do-to-these fries, and, please, don't leave without that famous smoked dump peach cobbler. When you're searching through our pictures and videos, you'll see all ChefALPHA's creations and masterpieces, created from the soul, full of love, passion and flavor. I also brought you the smoke gumbo, top that mac, alpha loaded, alpha grill BBQ&wings, because, why choose just one? It's a blessing to be able to share our gift with the world, and we're grateful for the opportunity to inspire others through our food. We believe that food has the power to bring people together and create lasting memories, so, we're on a mission to spread love, joy, and full bellies, one delicious meal at a time.
