White Bean Wild Rice Soup

I soaked 2 cups of Navy beans and cooked them in the instant pot for 15 minutes. Natural release.

3 carrots, chopped (was out of celery but a couple of those would be great) add onions too if you want, I’m allergic
2 tbsp butter and or oil
1/4 cup flour
4 cups broth
2 cups cream
2 boxes of wild rice, seasoning packets too
The cooked navy beans

I sautéed the carrots in oil and seasoned with salt, pepper and onion powder.
Added the flour and kept stirring until I thought the flour taste was cooked out
Added the broth and cream, stir
Add the rice and seasoning, stir
Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until the rice is done, add the cooked beans and serve. My youngest ate THREE bowls.

Family gave it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
