Listen up Oklahoma …. I’ve been traveling across Oklahoma trying out different vegan and plant based foods …. If your ever in the Lawton or okc area these should be at the top of your list. Both owners have the best attitudes and amazing foods. Betty’s so many choices but my go to is the soul food platter. Priced and seasoned to perfection…. I also always have to get her peach cobbler and mango lemonade

Now for your sweets of the flour located in the heart of Lawton . The owner is so sweet and if you need a good laugh she told the best vegan jokes amazing time . Those cinnamon rolls oh my goodness… for single items catch the Lawton farmers market but I was headed out back to Tulsa and she had a whole pan available only for $15 bucks …

If you have pre orders you can still get them as planned if anything changes refunds are available as well.
