Our cabbages are here! Did you know that cabbages are incredibly healthy and nutrient-dense? While they can seem quite ordinary, cabbages are amazing at supporting your health! Cabbages are high in fiber and packed with vitamins C and K. Key health benefits to eating cabbages include boosting immunity and bone health, reducing inflammation, improving digestion, and supporting heart health by lowering LDL cholesterol and managing blood pressure.
Did I mention that cabbages are also just delicious? Cabbages can be eaten raw, sautéed, or lightly steamed to retain excellent nutritional value. Or fermented to support your gut microbiome!

Swing by the Tria Yang Farm booth at the Tulsa Farmers Market on Saturdays from 7am-11am or Wednesdays from 8am-11am to grab your fresh produce!
