Ok fans! Need your advice! We have loved all of our smokers and looking to change things up a bit! Does any one have anything similarly to a backwoods competitor or a solid 13 gauge steel around the same size! I love the vertical heat and accessibility to add height and mobility with a nice wheel set. Would like to have a solid water pan, drawer for coal/wood and enough internal space to run a full display of kcbs required meats. Ty in advance and Happy Holidays
