🍃Even though we stock major retailers like Whole Foods, Homeland, and Reasors, we are a Oklahoma business! 🌱🥽 we service the communities of Tulsa and OKC and employ local Oklahomans at our farm. Through these tough times, we have been able to stay open with the proper safety measures in place. Curly kale! 🌱 Some great ways of eating this beautiful vegetable are ✔️1) massage with avocado + sea salt for a salad ✔️2) sauté with red onion + butternut squash + butter beans + pesto OR ✔️3) frozen and thrown into a smoothie! No matter how you consume it though, curly kale is a great source of fiber and vitamins! Happy munching. 🌿

Congratulations to Sarah Elkhoury of Tulsa County. She won second place in the junior division in the 2020 MIO Coalition Recipe Contest with her recipe, Fusilli with Italian Sausage in a Caciocavera Yogurt Sauce. She will take home a $250 Visa card, a commemorative plaque and a MIO swag bag. Our Oklahoma 4-H kids are so creative!
