Our favorite desserts so far this year are guava and cheese empanadas and chocolate caramel empanadas, oh and cheesecake filled empanadas with cinnamon and sugar dusting. Gauva is my favorite! Made 600 of these babies!

They are served with Barbacoa beef , green chilie pork, citrus chicken tacos, sides are Mexican street corn, latin slaw, Borracho beans, SW Salad, mango salasa, pico, smokie black bean and corn salsa, cojtia cheese, cilantro, limes , sour cream , pickled onion….. start cooking at 2 am on Friday. Full staff and bar. So thankful for all the great people we have serving clients.
