We’re excited to celebrate Class 17 of the CLIMB Mentorship Program at Chick-fil-A Midtown Tulsa!

Over the coming months, these Team Members will have the opportunity to grow their leadership skills, learn from others, challenge themselves, and build relationships that will help them both inside and outside of Chick-fil-A.📚🐮

That’s 165 years of experience, leadership, and dedication all coming together to serve our guests and help our Team Members grow!

And here’s a fun Heritage Week fact:
Our Directors have an average tenure of 10.3 years with our team! That’s a whole lot of Chick-fil-A knowledge under one roof that we’re grateful to have!☺️
