A little bittersweet seeing our sunflower microgreens land on a beautiful pork chop like this. 🌻

We’ve watched the restaurant industry change so much over the years, and honestly, we’re still figuring out where we fit in this new chapter. There was something truly magical about those packed nights, the passion projects, the weird little moments, the friendships, the energy… and we miss it deeply.

But maybe the magic doesn’t disappear just because a chapter closes.

Right now, we’re grateful to still find our greens on tacos, salads, friends’ dinner tables, and our own dinners at home. We’re hopeful there’s still a place for small farms, passionate cooks, and community-driven restaurants in whatever comes next.

To all the restaurant folks still grinding, creating, surviving, and dreaming — we love you and want to see our restaurant community thrive. ❤️

We’re fired up (and honestly a little overjoyed) to have our fresh microgreens landing on the pork belly tacos—and being part of the menu every week 🙌

We’re dropping off greens twice a week, keeping things fresh and flowing from farm to plate.

This right here is what it’s all about—good food, good people, and building something meaningful together in our community.

Shoutout to Ian (caught mid-magic in this shot 📸) and the crew making it happen every Tuesday in Tumwater. Grateful to be part of the rhythm.

Grateful for Bar C’est L’eau.

I had the chance to help build this space, but more than that—I get to be connected to the people and the vision behind it. What they’re doing isn’t easy. Thoughtful food, beautiful wine, real intention… that takes heart, especially in times like these.

Seeing my microgreens show up alongside dishes like this honestly means a lot. It’s that shared belief—that food can be something more, something alive, something that brings people together.

If you’re anywhere near Tumwater/Olympia, go support them. Sit down, have a glass, try something new. These are the kinds of places that make a community what it is.
