Carson Hawke has joined Premier as a Human Resource Generalist.

Carson obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, and Management from Penn State.

“I am looking forward to working with an exceptionally great and genuine group of people throughout the entire organization and ultimately growing into a trusted partner and integral part of Premier Select Cooperative,” said Carson.

Outside of work, Carson enjoys coaching or cheering on his son and daughter in soccer, baseball, and dance competitions. When he’s not doing that, you’ll find him outdoors, whether it’s working around the house, hiking, biking, kayaking, or just sitting in front of a campfire. He also enjoys golfing when he has the time.

This week, we are highlighting Ben Williamson, our Product Manager in the South/Southwestern Regions!

Ben has been with Premier for one year now and spends his time helping our team and customers solve challenges through our products, whether it is troubleshooting, positioning our products to be successful, or simply answering questions.

"Helping producers be more successful and applying science with the art of agriculture in the real world are what make my role most rewarding," says Ben.

When asked what advice he has for anyone looking to build a similar career path, Ben states: "Don't be afraid to ask questions and evolve. Everything changes in regards to technology, relationships, and opportunity. The learning curve of the last year has been very fun, while challenging at the same time. But remember, it's about helping people, and those relationships are both invaluable and rewarding."

Outside of work, Ben and his wife enjoy time with their kids, getting involved with a multitude of activities, and working on their own operation.

Thank you, Ben, for everything you have done for Premier in the past year. We can't wait to see what you do in the coming years!
