- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the softened butter, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, fresh parsley, and lemon zest until smooth and well combined.
3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Season the salmon lightly with salt and pepper.
5. Spread the Dijon butter glaze evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, using about 1-2 tablespoons per piece.

10. Serve immediately while the glaze is still warm and glossy, ensuring a low-risk, family-friendly result.
