We are located next to Woody's in Tupelo Friday through Sunday. You can call in your order by Wednesday and pick up as early as Friday. We deliver in Tupelo for free!

Baked Salmon with Dijon Butter Glaze

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (5-6 ounces each)
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the softened butter, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, fresh parsley, and lemon zest until smooth and well combined.
3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Season the salmon lightly with salt and pepper.
5. Spread the Dijon butter glaze evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, using about 1-2 tablespoons per piece.
6. Arrange lemon slices on top of each fillet.

* Β½ tsp black pepper

For the Garlic Butter:

* 4 tbsp butter
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
* Β½ tsp Cajun seasoning
