I haven’t posted in a long time on my BBQ PAGE and I sincerely apologize for that. Here are some photos of my cooks in BBQ that I have been doing this month and I promise I will get better at posting on this page. Big things are coming to Bill’s Backyard BBQ and I will be posting about them soon.

Got a late start but finally fired up one of my smokers and doing some chicken thighs and breast along with some smoked sausage also. I was going to do ribs also but I’ll do them tomorrow night. I’ll take pictures when they are done.
