When we can apply water to those grasslands to improve ecological function that is even better, especially in arid regions.

Not all school lunch is the same. There is growing support for better and healthier options in our schools! In the last few years, we have been working with some of our local school districts in the San Joaquin Valley and Central Sierra Nevada. We put healthy grass-fed and grass-finished beef in school lunch! Working with dedicated pro’s in school lunch have made me think the “Lunch-Lady” is the newest Super Hero. Seriously! Somebody get capes for these people!
