We've really been enjoying this spring and so have the cows. Its been a while since we've posted but here are some spring pics of cows in fences and cows escaped from fences and kids helping out. Not all days go to plan, well most days don't go to plan, but the fact we get to spend the days farming and teaching our kids about farming makes us realize we are so blessed.

We are also so blessed to have such amazing customers who support us, so we can keep doing what we love (even on the hard days). We hope you are enjoying this spring as much as we are. Know from the bottom of our hearts, thank you !

Yesterday Mark got the trailer cleaned and fixed up for the opening day of Salem Saturday Market. We are excited for another season serving you fresh milk and ice cream :)

Some say tomato some say tomahto, some say vanilla maple some say maple vanilla its all the same.
Most of you know but we need to make it official on Social media :)
We have been wanting to make this flavors for years but could never get it just right.
After some learning along with some technique we nailed it.
Milk, maple syrup, vanilla, a dash of salt, and voila, deliciousness!
