What a weekend!! An absolute whirlwind in the best way. Hanging out with my boy, driving back and forth to our Sublimity lease checking on our mama cows and what a blessing it’s been.

Eight babies this last week… two on Saturday and two on Sunday alone. Six girls, two boys, and six more to go we’re waiting in anticipation for what’s still to come.

It’s been a wild ride, but a good one. We’ve only had to step in and assist with one so far. The rest are up on their feet, eating, running around, and doing great!!

There’s something so special about moments like this, getting to slow down, take it all in, and just watch it all unfold. God’s hand is in every detail. He has trusted us with this gift of new life on the ranch to watch over, care for, and raise up this new herd. What a responsibility, and what a blessing.

These moments never get old. They’re a reminder of His goodness, His provision, and His faithfulness in every season.

What a gift it is to live this life and share it with my family. God is so good! ☀️🤗💛🤠🐮

Out checking fence on a cold spring day today, and it got me thinking.

Spring may be here, but winter hasn’t quite let go yet. The wind still has that bite to it, and the ground is still wet and squishy under my boots. There’s something about riding the fence line that slows you down a bit. Checking the cows, checking the fence, stopping at each post… you notice things you’d normally pass right by.

Oh, the stories this fence could tell. Every post, every stretch of wire it’s like it holds a piece of time. This fence has seen a lot harsh winters, dry summers, long days, and even longer nights. It’s heard the cattle, the wildlife, and probably more quiet conversations than we even realize. There’s history out here, built into something as simple as fence post and wire.

Running my hand along it today, stopping to check a post here and there, I couldn’t help but think about the people who put it up, the work they put in, and everything it’s held together over the years. It’s a reminder that not everything needs to be new to have value some of the strongest things are the ones that have weathered the most.

Days like this cold, quiet, a little gray have a way of making you reflect. And honestly, I’m grateful for it. Grateful for the land, the work, the cattle, and the stories that are still standing, even if they’re only told in pieces.

Just a little reminder that even in the chill of early spring, there’s something meaningful in the stillness. Have a great night!

Turn up your sound! 🔊
Canadian geese flying over the ranch is one of the most beautiful sights. The honking as they call to one another, the steady rhythm of their wings flapping through the air, it makes the coolest sound and stops you right where you are.

Then you notice the synchronized flight of hundreds of birds moving together as one, each knowing exactly where to go. It’s breathtaking to watch.

Some days, you just have to stop… pause… and enjoy the beauty above.
It’s a simple reminder to slow down, look up, and be thankful for the moments God places right in front of us.💛🤗

“2025”
As another sunset settles over the ranch , we pause to count our blessings and reflect on all that this year has held. Life on the ranch is a different way of living full of hard work, long days, and, every now and then, moments when we get to play.

There is nothing quite like the excitement of spring when the calves are born, watching new life come into the world. Ranch life gives you a different perspective one that teaches perseverance, humility, and respect for both the beauty and hardships that come with working the land. Through it all, God’s blessings are evident, shaping not only our work but our attitude and our family.

One of the greatest joys is watching my grandkids grow up in this lifestyle helping give shots to the cows, moving the herd from pasture to pasture, or simply taking a walk out back to check and feed them. Seeing the excitement in their eyes touches a special place in my heart.

We are deeply thankful for all of our family, friends, and customers who have supported us and stood by us as we supply food from our ranch to your table. We truly could not do this without you. The demand for our beef has touched our hearts in so many ways knowing that we are not only feeding our own families, but yours as well.

We believe we’ve been called to feed the people, and we take great pride in being able to provide you with quality beef from our field to your table.

This life we have chosen caring for the animals, tending the land, and ending long, hard days watching the sun set is filled with deep gratitude. This is what we do, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Looking forward with thankful hearts to God’s blessings in 2026. 🌾🙏
