Out with the old and in with the new! I’ll have kimchi fresh out of the fermenter this Saturday at the Abilene Farmers Market! And I started two full fermenters of kimchi to make sure I’ll have plenty in the fall!

Today was a great day to be at the Abilene Farmers Market. I came home and unloaded my truck. Then went to fill the turkeys water. These guys drink so much so I like to check twice a day to make sure there’s plenty of water.

Enjoy my view as the waterer was being filled 😂 All I have to do is sit down and they just surround me. Such friendly, goofy birds.
