Tidbit Tuesday coming your way::
FARM UPDATE

Some unexpected events and life changes have set back growing for a couple of weeks. With that being the case, all growing and deliveries will be pushed back until the first week of December.
Taking this time to deep clean and regroup some things in the grow room!

I am so sorry for the inconvenience and also thankful for the support from my loyal customers and followers ❤️
I cannot wait to be back and growing and seeing everybody’s faces!

Happy Tuesday!
It’s TIDBIT TUESDAY!

An update on things.

🌱1) I WILL NOT be doing the winter farmers market with Lincoln University Farmers Market.

🌱🌱2) Instead, I will be doing a pop-up ONE Wednesday a month in Jefferson City Love2Nourish (dates to come)

🌱🌱🌱3) I will be only offering 5 greens through the winter.

•radish
•sunflower
•basic salad mix

🐈🐈‍⬛🐈🐈‍⬛ The plant room kitties, Boog & Bagheera are now on vacation for the winter season & obviously have adapted well from the plant room life!

WINTER ANNOUNCEMENT:

I will not be attending the winter hours for Lincoln University Farmers Market.
With life getting busier, the weather getting colder, and the growing getting slower, I have decided to create a location to meet up ONE TIME EVERY MONTH and supply greens to those loyal customers.
The time, date and location have not been decided yet, but I will make announcement when I have made solid plans.

Until THEN I will see everyone TOMORROW at the last summer market!

With the weather change this week, the greens didn’t grow as fast or as uniform as normal. Unfortunately, we won’t be at the market tomorrow. Sorry to all of our loyal customers.

WE WILL BE BACK ON THE 23rd!!!!!!!

Later on this week (Wednesday), greens will be available for delivery. Message me if you need your greens!!!!!

Recipe and product highlight of the week!

We made two Whole roasted chickens this week for meal prep!!
Baked for 1.5 hours on 400!! Filled with lemons and garlic. Rubbed with olive oil, parsley, Celtic salt, and onion powder!!

Steadfast Farm not only provides microgreens, but also we have pastured chickens available!

They have been raised on fresh grass daily, no antibiotics, and non gmo feed!

Frozen, Whole chickens for $4.00/LB!

Boog & Bagheera are celebrating the fall weather outside the grow room today. 🍁🍂🍃

Wheatgrass is in full swing here, while other microgreens will slow down as the winter months approach.

Recipe of the week!
KETO FRIENDLY

Zucchini noodles, mushrooms, & squash sautéed in coconut oil.
Seasoned with garlic powder & Himalayan sea salt.

Paired with salmon cooked in coconut oil. Season with garlic powder.

Paired with Pea microgreens and avocado!
Makes for a fresh and filling meal. Oil can be swapped with olive oil, avocado oil, or ghee, if you don’t like coconut oil.
