Hey y’all, last minute addition to the schedule here! Two of our favorite le****ns, Lou and Janelle , asked us to make pizza TONIGHT 4/26 for their PINK TACO NIGHT ! It’s Le***an Visibility Day today and the end of Le***an Visibility Week, and, see, they having a party from 6-9pm! 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩💖🌮🍕

-They’ve brought in DJ SoSo (from Hot Flash) for music! 🎶
-They’ve got new drink specials! Cynthia Nixon, Pop Her Cherry, and Spit In My Mouth!🍸😯
-They’ve got some fun games planned (very intriguing ones, I’ve heard)!
-And we’ll actually be there a little earlier, serving from 5-8pm (or sold out, whichever comes first).

So ya know, we really really LOVE le****ns (heck, we even made a pretty good one that we’re pretty dang proud of - Lou!), so how could we say no?

Our fave Ls asked us to rename ourselves for the evening too, so tonight, we’re I FALL TO PU***ES. You’re welcome! It’s got a nice ring to it, eh?

They wanted taco style pizzas so we’ve got 2 brand new specials on the menu, 1 pretty new one renamed, and 3 of our classics. Full descrips in the menu above!

Our 2 new specials are the LEZBIRRIAN and the TINGA & SARA! We’re also running the Cheesy Gordita Munch pie we did on 4/20, but, with their approval, it’s been dubbed the CHEESY CARPETA MUNCH! We also got the K.D. on menu, cause, well, you know.

So come out to Más for PINK TACO NIGHT tonight and celebrate the Ls! We love you, Lou and Janelle!

Hey y’all, it’s Friday, which means we’ll be in Joshua Tree tonight from 5-9pm (or sold out, whichever comes first).

Lately, despite bringing more doughs each time, we’ve been selling out quick! So come early and be prepared to wait a little bit. We work hard and do the best we can to get each custom pizza out as fast as possible, but if we get a lot of folks ordering at the same time, there can be a wait. We appreciate your patience. More time for drinks from the lovely staff at Más! They’ve got some new drinks on the menu, so it’s a great time to try one!

Friday night’s music starts at 9pm and is by our friend DJ !

Hey y’all! It’s a real special night this Wednesday 4/15 featuring two of our fave high desert artists , and we’ll be making pizza from 5-9pm (or sold out)! We’re informally calling it Amber’s Birthday Clay Craft & Pizza Night ha ha

First off, it’s our friend and local illustrator/muralist ’s birthday (party at 6pm)! We love her style and how she finds geometry and symbolism in the desert. Give her a follow, buy some of her stuff, and come wish her a happy birthday! (She made the illustration above, which I modified a tad.)

We’ve got a delicious special just for Amber! We conspired with Amber’s husband Brett, who tipped us off about one of her favorite foods. It’s called Amber’s Spicy No-Mac Mac n Cheese, and it’s got a roasted jalapeño bechamel base, pickled jalapeños, mozzarella, Gouda, and finished with cornbread pangrittata and green onions!

Our good friend and local ceramicist Tayler will also be hosting her second Clay Craft Night from 5-9pm Wed night, too! For $35, Tayler will have two offerings: You can choose to have Tayler guide you in making a ceramic mug OR you get a ball of clay to make whatever you want! She’ll have a couple glaze colors for you to choose from or you can paint your own design. Come get your hands dirty and make something cool with Tayler! No sign up, just show up! And if you didn’t know, Tayler’s usually got some ceramics for sale inside Más too, if ya’d like to buy!

It’s Friday, y’all! Forecast looks nice but it might be a tad windy, so we’ll be on the patio tonight instead of the stage from 5-9pm (or sold out)! The cutest bar in JT is an excellent wind block ha ha

Advance notice: we’ve got a very limited number of the Burrata al Rosso’s so that one might go quick!

And we’re tickled pink that our fellow former Tennesseean DJ Buck Mild will be spinning’ tunes for Más starting at 8pm!

Oh it’s feelin’ like Spring now, y’all! Flowers blooming, critters coming out, lovely colorful time of year out here!

We’ll be Wednesday 4/8 from 5-9pm (or sold out)! Our special for the evening will be our Burrata al Rosso pie. It’s a sauce-forward one: marinara, chopped Calabrian chiles, garlic oil, basil, grated Parmesan, and topped with burrata. Tastes great as is, but you can add prosciutto or artichokes or both for a lil extra!

Más’s Charlie’s doing trivia at 7pm and then karaoke afterwards. You know we love us some karaoke!

Hey y’all! Staff appreciation post here! Meet LOU, if you don’t already know her.

Lou’s our firstborn and longest running team member. She was with us at some of our first pop-ups (after I broke my ankle) and first catering gigs, did pretty much every single breakfast pop up when we did those, and, over the last four plus years, she’s done everything from making dough to prepping ingredients to making pizzas. She’s on her own now, barista-ing and bartending at Más o Menos most of the time. If she’s with us now, she’s taking orders and finishing pizzas.

She takes after her mama and is an amazing cook and baker herself. She specializes in vegetarian food and made “tuna sushi” a few times outta baked watermelon that was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Twice she’s made MEGA bagels the size of a wok for our friend Tayler’s birthday that we’re still not over!

If you ask her what her favorite pizza of ours is, she’s either gonna choose our K.D. or our Patsy (subbed with veggie pep), both with our hot honey drizzle!

We wouldn’t know where we’d be without this kid (er young woman), and we love her to the moon and back, even when she gets cranky (which she gets from her daddy)!

No April fools here, y’all! Tomorrow, Wednesday 4/1 we’ll be at Más o Menos from 5-9pm (or sold out). It’s gonna be a great night! We’ve got two pizza specials AND our dear friend Rosa Pullman is playing live at 7pm!

Our French Onion pizza (pictured) is back on the menu, and it’s exactly what it sounds like: French onion soup-marinated onions, mozzarella base, plus a blend of Gruyère, Gouda, and Swiss, and finished with fresh parsley on top. Limited quantities!

We’re also running our KD: dates, blue cheese, Brussels sprouts, pickled red onions, garlic oil base, mozz, and finished with a balsamic drizzle.

And Rosa! She’s one of our favorite voices ever! Warm, golden, soulful, just beautiful. Her song “I Saw You, You Saw Me” gets a lotta airplay in our house. If you’ve never caught her live, you’re in for something special! Give her a follow

Hey y’all, we’re Misti and Mark, the duo behind I Fall to Pizzas, and here’s a little backstory you didn’t ask for (ok it’s kinda long 🤷‍♂️)

We grew up in a small town outside Nashville and started dating in 1992. High school sweethearts, the whole deal. Bonded over Dinosaur Jr. and spicy Chinese food. I thought Misti was the coolest girl in town and cute af, and she was charmed by my great personality and luscious blonde hair. Still can’t get enough of her eyes and how she looks at me. My hair situation, unfortunately, has not held up as well.

Fun fact: near the end of my senior year I briefly worked at our town’s newly opened Little Caesars, got Misti a job there, then bailed after two weeks for the greener pasture of park maintenance. Misti stuck around LC for almost four years!

After graduating college (me in five years, Misti in three), we road tripped the country for two months and eloped in Vegas to the chagrin of our mothers. Bounced between Chicago and Knoxville, had four kids, and along the way Misti earned her culinary arts certificate from Kendall College (as seen in The Bear) after getting her RN. She retired from nursing at the end of 2024 and is finally pouring her full energy into the food she loves. Pizza is a canvas, she says.

Me? I’ve learned this one on the job and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Turns out my calling was running a small business alongside my favorite person and making something people enjoy. Didn’t see pizza coming, but here we are.

We left Chicago for LA in 2014, discovered Joshua Tree not long after, fell hard for the desert, and made it home in 2021.

Anyhoo, thanks for reading this far and thank you for bein part of this weird little pizza journey of ours. It means more to us than you know✌️❤️🍕

🧪 Yeah, science! There’s a SCIENCE FAIR TONIGHT at Más o Menos starting at 5pm 🔬

This evening we’ll definitely also kinda be a part of this event, and we’re submitting two pizza experiments for your consideration, available from 5-9pm (or sold out).

Capillary Action (pics 3-4): cup-and-char pepperoni, mozzarella, marinara, and finished with fresh basil and BLUE ricotta (dyed naturally with butterfly pea flower extract)

Germination Project (pics 5-6): mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, and finished with micro greens, a drizzle of miso-Caesar dressing, and a sprinkle of cracked black pepper

We’ll also have our jalapeño-cilantro ranch available in test tubes. Not for science but because we thought it’d be cute and on theme duh.
