ABOUT - Fly By Eats was created as an experiment in November 2025, but the idea behind it grew from decades of my love for culture, my curiosity about history, and my desire to honor the people behind every dish.
Every recipe has roots. Every dish has a journey. Every flavor holds a story shaped by hands, homes, communities, and culture.
These are treasures available to anyone willing to ask one broad but simple question:
