ABOUT - Fly By Eats was created as an experiment in November 2025, but the idea behind it grew from decades of my love for culture, my curiosity about history, and my desire to honor the people behind every dish.

Every recipe has roots. Every dish has a journey. Every flavor holds a story shaped by hands, homes, communities, and culture.

These are treasures available to anyone willing to ask one broad but simple question:

Why?

Why do people eat what they eat? Why do certain dishes survive for generations? Why can one meal carry so much history, memory, struggle, celebration, and love?

Fly By Eats was created for those willing to ask those questions and appreciate the answers behind them. Answers that go beyond what is written in books and beyond what modern society may overlook. Food is a form of history that is harder to erase because it lives in kitchens, families, communities, celebrations, and memory.

Everything on Fly By Eats is enriched with history, culture, and tradition. What started as an experiment became a passion project rooted in flavor, connection, and a deeper respect for the stories behind every bite.

So let’s take a bite together. Let’s explore the stories, honor the people, and celebrate the cultures behind each dish.
