Sturgis Vineyards will open to the public on Saturday, August 1, 2020. This year due to Covid-19, the CDC guidelines will be followed. Social distancing will be encourages and masks. It is suggested that customers call and place orders over the phone and pick up at the farm. You may choose to remain in your vehicle. You can call and honk your car horn and someone will come to you for assistance. The phone numbers to call are 912-682-7236 and 912-682-2376. If you decide to get out of your vehicle please follow the CDC guidelines with social distancing and masks. Sturgis Vineyards will wear masks and gloves when weighing grapes and working with orders. Customers will not be allowed to sift through boxes and handle fruit for sale. Please be patient this year and work with all involved, we want everyone to remain safe! Muscadine season runs the months of August & September, the peak of the season is the middle of August. The season length varies each year! You may pick grapes in the field, it is encouraged that you bring your own picking container. We will have containers, and they will be washes and disinfected after each use.
