Proost Family Farms The market opens in June when fruits and vegetables become available and remains open into the fall and winter.

Proost Family Farms is a family owned and operated farm. Our farm consists of growing the freshest fruits and vegetables on our local farm. We are currently raising crops on 36 acres at our Addison location. At Proost Family Farms we encourage the importance of a viable food system by educating our customers on the benefits of buying fresh, locally grown food. We offer the finest vine-ripened, jus

t-picked produce at prices anyone can afford. The difference in our farm market produce is in the smell, touch, color, and of course, the flavor. There is simply no comparison to what you typically find at the supermarket. Here at Proost Family Farms we are dedicated to providing your family with the absolute freshest Idaho grown products as well as great family fun.
