Long before Falls Brand products found their way onto family dinner tables and backyard grills, Independent Meat Company was a small butcher shop serving the people who were helping build the Magic Valley.
Founded in 1904, the same year as the City of Twin Falls, Independent Meat Company has spent more than a century growing, evolving, and earning the trust of generations of customers. From the butcher counters of yesterday, to the delivery trucks that carried Falls Brand products across the region, to the products we proudly make today, one thing has remained constant: a commitment to producing the best quality products we possibly can.
These old photographs are more than a glimpse into the past. They’re a reminder of the people, craftsmanship, traditions, and countless hours of work that built the Falls Brand legacy.
Over 120 years later, we’re still doing what we’ve always done, staying true to our customers, our employees, our community, and the quality of the products we put our name on.
