What to do with a large harvest of peppers?
Spicy jelly! Jalapeno jelly, Carolina reaper jelly, scotch bonnet jelly. The scotch bonnet jelly tastes like a cinnamon red hot.
This Friday is the last market of the season, except for the CSA baskets.
We still have peppers, squash, pumpkins.
Still taking orders for winter eggs. Weekly or biweekly.
