Now is the perfect time to freeze sweet corn so you and your family can enjoy it year round!

RECIPE FOR FREEZING SWEET CORN 🌽

•6-9 cups raw corn, cut off of the cob (I use 9 cups)
•1 cup water
•1 1/2 tsp. salt

-Cook ingredients together in a large saucepan/pot for 10 minutes over medium heat.
-Remove from the heat and add 1/4 lb. butter.
-Set aside to cool. I place the mixture into large mixing bowls to cool so I can stir it easily. As well as reuse the saucepan/pot in the mean time.
-Once cool, scoop the mixture into the appropriate meal size portions for your family.
-Place in the freezer.
