smear the chutney on a sheet of puff pastry sprinkle with crumbled cheese like goat or feta or whatever you like add some herb like basil, roll into a cylinder and chill slightly, then cut into 1/2 inch discs and bake until swollen golden and bubbly!

go get some applewood smoked bacon, bake it very slowly until dry crisp, puree and add to the chutney to make a spicy bacon and tomato jam! good grief!!
