Introducing our newly released 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve.

Crafted from some of our most treasured vines, our Reserve w**es are elevated expressions of their flagship counterparts. Beautifully ageable vintages where Old World character meets New World richness.

The 2022 Cabernet Reserve opens with inviting aromas of dried cherry and black currant, layered with comforting notes of to***co. Rich black cherry and nutmeg spice follow on the palate, leading to a lingering smoky finish and beautifully integrated tannins.

And this is a truly small release. Only 64 cases were produced.

If Cabernet Reserve is a w**e you look forward to each vintage, now is the time to secure your bottles while this limited release is available.

The San Francisco International W**e Competition, founded in 1980, is a long-running international competition that evaluates w**es through blind judging, keeping the focus on what’s in the glass.

• Sweet Bourbon Demi-Glaze Steak
Your choice of steak served over a rich sweet bourbon demi-glaze, paired with blue cheese mashed potatoes, red pepper broccolini, and two blackened shrimp.

• Honey Glazed Salmon
Pan-seared salmon finished with a honey, red pepper, and soy sauce glaze, served on a bed of white rice alongside parmesan-wrapped asparagus.

We’re gathering on the Club House patio for an evening of good company, ci**rs, and Old Fashioneds.

Dylan, our Distiller, will be there from 5pm to 7pm to join you.

Bring your favorite cigar and settle in with your choice of four different Old Fashioneds, available for purchase:
