Happy New Year! Let’s make 2026 a year for the record books. We hope you stay positive, breed with purpose, and love what you do. We are grateful and honored to see how people still use some of the bloodlines we influenced when we ran our farm in AZ. We’ve made the decision to begin selling again from our new home in TX. It’ll be a slow process to rebuild but we are deeply grateful to the people coming out of the woodwork offering to help or partner with us. We’ve met so many amazing people in the Coturnix industry.

Some of our favorite farm memories were the slow days prepping our shipping materials, pulling foam plugs from our shipping foam. It was work we could do while we watched a movie or took a break from other things, it wasn’t (usually) time-sensitive, and it turned our entire living room into a playground.

One time our cousins were visiting and one of them binged a show while he helped with this. He stayed up late and lost track of time. We woke up to 50,000 foam plugs pulled the next morning, and he had done almost all of them! He slept the entire next day and we’ve laughed about it ever since.

If you’re building a business like this, we hope you can find time to make memories, laugh about how ridiculous your projects are, and enjoy the process.
