Just missed the birth of our first calf on our little farm. I haven't taken the time yet since I feel like it was just born around 430 and I got home at 448. Tomorrow we'll see how mom handles me handling her baby and what gender we got. Anyone who knows Eve wish me luck. Lol

Some nice looking steaks from 2 of the most recent steers we butchered. Both were 18 months old, one dressed at 834 # and the other at 773 #. We're very happy with the marbling in these beef.
