We had a great week at appanoose county fair this year. Haydens carcus beef won 1st place Grand Champion Carcass. Wyatts carcus got 3rd and Landons carcus got 4th. Very proud of the hard work they put in all year feeding and taking care of their animals. 😀

It's fair time!! We have 1 more carcuss steer to sale. Going to Z meats (will be part of carcuss contest at appanoose county fair). Locker date is July 11. Price 2.25 per lb hanging weight and you pay processing. The boys have worked hard every day feeding these boys 2x a day. They are grain finished and will be good quality beef. (2 of 3 are sold.) This is a great way to fill the freezer and support your local 4h kid!!

Appanoose co fair is around the corner. The boys have 3 4h steers they have raised for carcus contest. Weigh I. For carcus is July 11th. All 3 are for sale and will go to z meats. This is money the kids get to keep themselves. Thanks for your support. We need buyers for all 3

For several generations we have taken great care in raising our cattle. Our calves are all hand bucket fed twice a day. on our farm we grow our own corn and produce our own hay. we use our corn for the feed we grind and chop several acres to make siledge. Our animals are well cared for and looked after. We take pride in our beef and we are happy to be able to provide our friends and neighbors with good quality fresh beef from farm to table.
