I was happy when I learned that the Blue Zone Project in Ukiah is supporting my cookbook Two Hearts Four Hands, Cooking Together because the concept upon which the book was written, that two people preparing a meal together can enjoy the culinary adventure as a way of developing a harmonious relationship, eating a better quality of delicious food in less time, expressing their creativity while fulfilling their social needs at the same time!
